Poor machining. Handguard wobbles on barrel nut. There are 6 screws that hold it to the barrel nut. Two on the both the left and the right, and two screws on the bottom. Presma AR10, LR308 superlight M-Lok series free float

Finished ok for price, nice and stiff,fairly light without to big of openings. Looks good. Pic height close to Aero M5 LR reciever height but not exact, a touch lower. Comes with barrel nut steel, shims for timing, hanguard securement hex bolts

  • Black finish slightly different than most, perhaps darker and a little rougher texture. Requires timing, timing even with shims required either to light torque or more than 55-60 ft lbs maybe more, no anti rotation tabs although

Great Addition!

Presma delivers a quality handguard at half the price and with 4 picatinny rails included.
It does NOT include a socket/crows foot, so you'll need to acquire one of those.

Great fit and finish.
Definitely would buy again.

Absolute garbage!

The barrel nut is either a very poor design or terrible quality control. Optics Planet’s tech support really tried to help me with this, going as far as calling the manufacturer for information. Upon the manufacture’s recommendation, I purchased a specific armorer’s wrench that was supposed to work. The wrench flats in the barrel nut were so out of spec that the wrench just spun before any real torque could be applied. Finally just returned it.
