Poor machining. Handguard wobbles on barrel nut. There are 6 screws that hold it to the barrel nut. Two on the both the left and the right, and two screws on the bottom. Tightening the bottom screw there is no issue with the barrel alignment in relation to the barrel. Tighten either the left or righ...

Bad quality
Brand new outta the box the barrel nut was all rusted up. Not a chance I’d put that on a gun. Some other reviews mention having to modify it, clearly I didn’t get that far. The screw do look a little small. Hand guard it self seem ok

Great handgaurd!
Install was very easy and self explanatory. Looks great and has held up well at the range. Only recommendation is to put a dab of blue locktite on the rail screws after final set up to prevent them from backing out over time.

Finished ok for price, nice and stiff,fairly light without to big of openings. Looks good. Pic height close to Aero M5 LR reciever height but not exact, a touch lower. Comes with barrel nut steel, shims for timing, hanguard securement hex bolts

- Black finish slightly different than most, perhaps darker and a little rougher texture. Requires timing, timing even with shims required either to light torque or more than 55-60 ft lbs maybe more, no anti rotation tabs although

Great Addition!
Presma delivers a quality handguard at half the price and with 4 picatinny rails included.
It does NOT include a socket/crows foot, so you'll need to acquire one of those.
Great fit and finish.

Purchased for recent AR build with Wilson Combat 6.5 creedmore barrel. Great price and product. I recommend. lol

Absolute garbage!
The barrel nut is either a very poor design or terrible quality control. Optics Planet’s tech support really tried to help me with this, going as far as calling the manufacturer for information. Upon the manufacture’s recommendation, I purchased a specific armorer’s wrench that was supposed to work. The wrench flats in the barrel nut were so out of spec that the wrench just spun before any real torque could be applied. Finally just returned it.

Pretty nice for the price.
Overall a well made piece of furniture, and very light weight. Timing the nut is the only tricky part, but easy enough. Buy one and see.
