Complete Garbage
Thought it would be strong and look good, Grooves are rounded so the moment you put any weight to tighten it slips and the material breaks easier then any castle nut I used before. With the crappy material and the rounded groves its a bad time. As well as the thing is so long you cant push your stock all the way in. The black also is more of a navy blue. Would not recommend.
great looks and super light
Castle nut looks great the price is reasonable for the quality, gives your firearm a little more personal custom look.

nice fit A+++
Nice fit for a flat buffer tube end plate. Threads where perfect for the tube. I got the aluminum colored one for contrast . For the recessed buffer plate it is hard to fit wrench on to tighten buffer tube nut but can be done.
Pros:
- Price
- Fit
- Machining
- Availability
- Color and appearance
Cons:
- not very long
Best Used for:
- AR15 builds
Would recommend: Yes
Wrong color or lack there of
I ordered this in gold. It arrived and was at best dark orange. Instead of dealing with customer service, I painted it myself, which I was trying to avoid. Oh well, here we are and at least it is the right color.
Pros:
- Its a nut
Cons:
- Wrong color that I waited a couple weeks to get
Best Used for:
- Securing parts that wiggle without a nut
- Securing parts that may wiggle without a nut
Would recommend: No
great for esthetics
I bought a chassis for they both action 22 and this piece cleaned up the look and hid the threads of the buffer to nicely. It really made everything look nicer.

Castle nut
Item is not actual anodized blue, it's more of an anodized turquoise. I would not recommend this item for color match.it works and seems quality is decent.it does the job, just sucks that it doesn't match. Maybe I'll just pay triple the price and have it cerakote.
Would recommend: No
very light, watch your torque!
This is probably the lightest nut out there. Expect some deformation if you go to 30ft-lbs per the AR-15 manual spec. I suggest to aim for 25ft-lbs
I would buy another one now that I know, but I fixed the damage to the anodized finish with aluminum-black

Even big BIRD could put it on!!
I had no issues and they look great!!If you use the right tool it usually works out better.Colors are a little off tho as the blue was just slightly lighter than the pics but it matched my trigger guard nicely.Your never going to match everything perfect anyway. The silver is real nice and gives some contrast to my stainless steel barrel. If you don't have any sense like this other guy I'd recommend passing & build some LEGO'S.
Pros:
- Nice shine and sets things off
Cons:
- Color not as dark as pics but reds, and others maybe deeper
