I was excited to get this to add to a plinker 9mm build. It does fit on to a milspec buffer tube but will not collapse all the way. It seems the inside diameter is not consistent throughout. I tried adding some wd40 to the buffer and giving it a push bur them realized the silver “finish” was coming off on the tube. Got this thing stuck so tight I had to put into a vise and knock it with a block of wood. I’ll stay away from this brand for any parts. If machining is this poor for a stock I wouldn’t put anything into a real hammer.
Buying this Product Will Cost You Money
It looks cool enough online…. It even looks decent when you install it. However after 1 trip to the range and regular recoil stress and this thing not only breaks, but it takes your buffer tube with it. So if you want to waste your $ on a 1 range visit Butt stock and then buy another one as well as a new buffer tube this item is for you. Hard pass in my opinion…..

Jammed onto my buffer tube
Looks nice but the stock jammed after 5 rounds. Tried to adjust to better fit my shoulder and the release lever will not budge. Scratched up my buffer tube pretty bad and I can't even take it off. I have a mil spec Spikes Tactical buffer tube assy and I bought a mil spec skeletonized stock. It is stuck in the 6th position and it looks like a part in the release lever mechanism is rotated. Ruined my Spike's Tactical buffer tube and can't even get it to adjust. That was awaste of $130 and now I also have to order another buffer tube. Total loss, about $180. Not good!

Looks cool but isnt milspec.
It will not fit milspec. You'll have to get a commercial buffer tube for this to work. Also, the lever that you use to adjust the stock, the nipple will get crooked at times and you will not be able to adjust the stock. I just keep mine in one set position.
