Yes. The Presma Skeletonized AR Mil Spec Buttstock uses two QD mounting holes on either side of the buttstock. This will allow you to use any QD sling mount and install it to the stock.

It will not fit milspec. You'll have to get a commercial buffer tube for this to work. Also, the lever that you use to adjust the stock, the nipple will get crooked at times and you will not be able to adjust the stock. I just keep mine in one set...
