A big swing and a miss
For a FFP optic its not bad... good glass, nice reticle. My issue is with the sight picture getting smaller when you go below 1.5x... at 1.5x you can aee a full picture, at 1x the image is cropped in bg a thick black ring, maybe 1/4" all the way around... making this optic completely laughable compared to other 1-6 FFP optics in the $500 +/- price range.
I really like PFI, and their 3-12x44 has been good to me... but their scooe designs are big, bulky, heavy, and outdated. They need to move their Rapid Reticle and illumination capabilities into the 21st century.

- looses exit pupil/fov at 1x?! no thanks!
