Most Helpful Positive Review Amazing scope
I’ve shot PRS for a few years and have been distance shooting for about 15 years. I’ve had scopes ranging from $1,800 - $3,000. I just had a custom 308 made to plink with inside of 800 yards. So, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on an optic for this task but I also didn’t want to put trash on a $3,000 rifle. I watched a Rex Review on YouTube about this scope and he was very impressed with it. Other knowledgeable and reputable people said similar things about it. So, I thought…why not. Sub $1,000 optic should be able to do what I need it to do anyway. This optic should have cost $1,500 or ...

First off i can say, this optic was developed for long range shooters, by actual long range shooters. The grid style reticle is innovative and uncluttered compared to other ones. This reticle is all you need for different dynamic shots for wind calls, hold overs etc very well placed and thought out. Now the bread and butter of ALL optics in my opinion is tracking. This optic tracked very good. I performed a tall target tracking test, with a piece of paper that had 1 mil spacing all the way to 10 mils. Used a 300 foot tape measure to make sure i was EXACTLY 100 yards away, and had the scope mounted on my rifle. I had a vise that has straps that kept the gun and optic perfectly still, to insure no movement would be in the reticle or gun during this test. I dialed the turrets in different mil increments all the way to 10 mils. This scope lined up with every mil on paper all the way down to 10 mils on the money! Tracking is the most important on an optic, you can have all the clarity you want, but if your adjusting and the reticle is not moving where it is supposed to or close... it’s useless. As said before this optic tracked perfect to the nearest 10th of a mil. Now for clarity... for 800 dollars this scope is outstanding i could see 300 yard bullet holes with this optic. The real nice thing is the locking turrets, they lock tight and the clicks are solid and crisp. Its not world class, i wish the clicks were more audible, but for this price the increments line up and the clic...

This scope had so much hype prior to it 1st release last year and I waited and waited. Finally got it. Optics Planet did me Right On This Scope.Ive loved this scope from day one.I do wish it came with the Apollo 6.5CM/224 Valkyrie Reticle so I could buy another one.Ranging with it is easy and it woreks great. Its clear.. One feature I really love is its low & wide Push Button Turrets.. I hope to see more of this style turrets on more optics.. I have this scope on my AR15 in 6.5 Grendel. I have the Apollo on one of my 6.5 Creedmoor AR10.. Its dead on.Primary Arms Scope are nice..The Gold & Platinum are top notch abdhave Zero Stops & Resetable..TRACKING is dead On!What ewlse could I ask for ..Except to one with Apollo Reticle..I can only Hope for kit.
