SUN SHADE 4-14X
Great sun shade so the sun wont get into your scope and damage your eye, would recommend to anyone who is around a non-shaded area or if you're in a middle of a hunt but the sun is in the way. It also makes your scope look awesome.
sun shade review
The product performs as advertised. It screwed directly onto my Primary Arms 4-14 scope without any effort. I purchased this product to shield light when hunting early morning into the east where the sun negatively impacts my ability to see. As I have not hunted with this yet, I have practiced facing directly East and it is a big help on glare into my scope.

Fits well, but...
The sunshade fit my PA 4-14 scope perfectly. My disappointment was damage found to the front of the shade. There were 3 chips through the finish at the front lip of the shade that was inflicted BEFORE the shade was packaged. The item is definitely not up to the standards I've come to expect from Primary Arms. This is probably the first accessory that I have added to a weapon that was as much for aesthetic purposes as functional. Pity so little care was taken to provide proper finish protection through the manufacturing process.

Works as advertised
I bought this to be utilized with the corosponding PA Scope. The item arrived undamaged. I can confirm it is made of aluminum, though I performed no metalergical analyses to determine hardness and alloy. I can confirm it is opaque and diffuses indirect light sources. It is “stackable” though this small of an objective it is disadvantageous to do so. Side note the “bikini” style lense cover that comes with the scope stretches easily to include the length of a single length of sun shade.

Quality Sun Shade
The Primary Arms 4-14 sun shade was made for the Primary Arms 4-14 scope exclusively. It is a quality part that fits like a glove with a precision fit. The finish matches perfectly with the scope. I would recommend it if you shoot in the sun because it keeps any glare from the lens and any mist or rain from spotting the glass. A good quality part with a great price.
