Very good optic for the money.
I own an Aimpoint ACO and while this optic isn't wouldn't be the one I would use in a SHTF situation it doesn't mean it couldn't hold up or wouldn't.
The glass is fairly clear and unlike the Aimpoint ACO it comes with Flip up caps, while not nearly as robust they don't feel flimsy and arn't an added expense.
Being able to go from off to 10 power instead of 0 then many clicks to full power is a very nice feature.
I haven't had any issues with the optic losing zero and I'm shot it on an AR 10 which has killed a couple scopes in the past.
If you need something that has a good chance of being reliable and are on a budget your can't go wrong with this optic.

Great red dot
Budget red dot but works great and holds zero. Tried a few primary arms red dots before and they all seemed decent and this one comes in a bit above that. Plinked about 200 rounds through it and had it zeroed after about fifty rounds. Nice display and adjustments. Would recommend at this price point.

Primary Arms Classic 30mm red dot
I guess they call it a classic for a reason, tried and true! One of the best values on the market. Shipped without mount, when I called there was no hassle, no question, they sent me the upgraded mount 2day air at no charge. Excellent customer service! Product was easy to mount and zero. Only 200 round with optic, but no issues to date. Checked zero at 100 & 200 rounds, still holding true

Good red dot, excellent customer service!
The Primary Arms red dot is a solid, well built sight. Very comparable to my Vortex Strikefire 2. At this price point you will be very satisfied. The mount I chose became out of stock before my order shipped. In order to keep from waiting on a back order, I called OP and asked if there was a similar mount they could recommend. The customer service rep was knowledgeable and offered me a choice of two other brand mounts that were the same style and size. One was even slightly more expensive. They swapped the mount in my order, didn't raise my total and said he would take care of everything. He sent my order to shipping that day and it was at my house 3 days later! I've made several purchases from Optics Planet and will again!
