Expert Review
Premium Glass, Not Premium Price
This scope is by far the clearest glass i've seen in this price range compared to the other big name scope companies. The Athena reticle is great once you take some time to understand how it works. The scope is heavy-duty and can clearly take a beating. Highly recommended for precision shooting, but the weight it adds to the rifle might make it a little burdensome to drag through the woods for 16hrs on a hunt. You get a lot of bang for your buck on this model and I highly recommend it.

Is good for 6.5 PRC as well
This is early in the game but it has worked very well for me to not even bore sight it it was on paper at 100 yards shot three times the next time I hit 300 yards then 400 yd then 600 yd and 1,000 yards missed by an inch that's what I love about these scopes no adjustments needed for the 6.5 PRC using 147 grain match grade Hornady ammo and at 100 yards 1 and 3/4 in low that pretty much put me on target with everything else
Great scope
I love this scope, I have now purchased five Primary Arms scopes for four different calibers. I had this almost same (this is caliber specific for 6.5 Creedmore)scope on my .308 Browning AB3 bolt action rifle when I killed my biggest buck ever at 80 yards!I highly recommend Primary Arms rifle Scopes.

I have been to 500 yards with this scope so far.
I bought the scope for my Ar-10, but I have initially put it on an AR-15 so I can really test it out with high volumes of shooting using both 556 and a 22 conversion bolt. The 22 conversion bolt really allows you to make use of the Christmas tree reticle inside of 200 yards.
The only drawback is that with the mount it weighs 2.5 lb. That's why it's going to end up on an AR-10 with a 20 inch barrel which is going to balance it better.
I have done lots of reviews on this scope in my youtube channel... Poconoshooting. The large objective lens is good for low light shooting at distance, but it will still get dark after 20 magnification. In bright light no problem going up to maximum 25 magnification. I really like the auto ranging feature which gives this scope a combat pedigree.
The Athena BPR reticle is excellent. You can self-spot your own shots if you're shooting into an area that you can see the impacts. The only thing I would suggest is while they have the full man on the right side, they should put the half man on the left side. You can still autorange a man from belt to head and divide by two.
