Buyer beware: if you plan to add a magnifier look elsewhere - Primary Arms SLx MD-25 Rotary Knob 1x25mm Microdot Reflex Sight

I had two of these at one point. As standalone red dots they are great. Decent features, good price (especially if you get them when PA is liquidating old stock), though if you plan to add a magnifier then look elsewhere. I'd recommend the Sig Sauer Romeo family (some of which are made in the USA).

I recently received the new Primary Arms GLX 6x magnifier and tried to pair it with this PA red dot and the poor glass quality really shows when at 6x. I couldn't get the optic and magnifier to look clear...How do I know it's the MD-25? I tried the same magnifier with both of my Romeo5 XDRs and they looked great under 6x magnification. No prob Bob.

So, there you go. If you plan to magnify this red dot, as it seems intended for with the BDC drops, then look elsewhere and save yourself the headache and frustration of the cheap glass quality.
