I expected more :-( - Primary Weapons Systems EBT Mod 2 End Plate and Castle Nut

I dont know why but i really had high expectations for this castle nut and end plate combo. I imagined it looking like a nice billet piece with a a really cool sturdy ratcheting mechanism. In reality its a fairly good looking end cap with a cheap looking/feeling castle nut. The ratcheting mechanism is just a little post that is welded in there that groves on the side of the castle nut (like the side of a quarter) kinda rub along as you tighten it. There is some springiness to the post so it might help hold it in place. The castle nut is thin walled and i went back to milspec until I find a combo I like better. I know that I expected too much for the price but this could have been better.
