Great grip for the money. Easy to install as most know that have AR-15's. Would recommend for friends to purchase. Optics Planet is also very easy to deal with, fair prices and fast shipping.. Pros: Easy installation Cons: Not as nice as my Houge grips

First of all no grip screw was furnished, to add insult to injury the slot that slides over the grip web was warped. It measured .40 inch at the base of the slot tapering to .365 inch at the top. Much better than the stock grip that typically comes with an AR. Easy to install. Great texture. I liked this one so much I bought more for my sons' freedom gear. The bad reviews might be a one-off. If it's that bad then ask for a replacement which is likely going to solve the problem. But with other positive reviews, then I'd take the 1 star ratings with a grain of salt.

Needs work

I haven’t fond a lower that it will fit. The slot molded into the grip is not wide enough to fit any lower I have.
You may be able to file it if you want to use it. I chose not.
Shipping was great. The product is the problem.

Not comfortable

I did not find this pistol grip comfortable. I thought with the molded finger grooves it would be more comfortable. In addition, I thought the top of the pistol grip was too narrow and was hard to attach. I almost bent the selector detent spring. I just had a different expectation and was disappointed with the feel.
