ProMag Beretta 21A bobcat magazine
After having read the previous negative reviews of these magazines but needing some spare magazines I thought I would roll the dice and find out for myself if they would work in my Bobcat. I found as stated in the previous reviews they would not fully seat in my magazine well. Being somewhat of a fi...

The clips did not fit
The 3 ammo clips which I bought for my 21A Bobcat were not an exact match, they all got jammed inside the gun. It took me minutes to carefully remove them in order not to damage the gun or the clip. I returned them for a full refund and ordered the OEM clips made by Beretta. Those arrived and they f...

I previously wrote a review that said unusable
Taking some advice, I cleaned the magazine, reverse to retaining screw to match the beretta magazine (don't know why that would help, but couldn't hurt). CLP oil is not lubricating enough to help this magazine fit into the 21A beretta but TW25B lubricant (synthetic grease) that I use on my AR bolt worked. I slathered the exterior of the Pro Mag magazine and it slides so easily all the way in and out now that just pushing the eject button and the magazine pops out all on its own. So I'll move my stars from1 to 3. If it fit like this from the getgo, I'd have given it 5 stars.

Entirely unusable
Although the magazine itself has no markings on it to indicate who made or where it was made, or what size it is, it came in a bag and said Pro Mag Beretta 21A Bobcat 22LR 7 round blue steel. I say that because my 1st thought was that maybe it is for the 25 ACP caliber it fails to feed into the firearm and if I force it in I literally need a screwdriver and players to get it back out. The tightness appears to be from front to back legntg, not left to right nor length. Not sure if I should send it back to optics planet or send it to pro mag.

Doesn't fit
I should have paid attention to the other reviews. Both of the two mags I purchased jam when about 75% of the way in and you need considerable force to pull it out. I note the reviewer from May 5 2021 put in some effort and did get them to work. I am not sure I want to invest that trouble and am also concerned that if I tamper with them and they still don't work that my return might be rejected.

Product bad - Service excellent
I have other model Pro Mag magazines that work great but as with the previous reviewer, this mag resulted in a jam in the mag well upon 75% insertion - apparently a dimensional issue at the factory:(.
Return was quick and painless though so good on Optics Planet for that aspect.
