Great for the $
This is great for the money. however better have a dead blow hammer
cuz its tight to install. I have not shot it yet, but hope that the tightness does not cause any accuracy issues we will see. but having said that, its a heavy decent stock. not a cheap light plastic just that OEM supplies. rail on bottom could have been a bit longer somehow, and maube. Alum. but go keep price point down under 124.00 its ok for bipod and angle fore grip, i used a stubby QD vertical but hold it like an angle, the mag pul AFG 1 does not fit cuz of "wings" AFG 2 will fit though. i hope this material stipples unl...

Great stock slight adjustments
I was impressed with the quality of fit throughout the stock. There were two areas where I used a curved Babbit file to relieve slight binding and mold edges. First around the trigger group to make a snug, but smooth fit. I also found that the lip at the forward end of the stock where the heat shield yoke slips over it, to be about .050” thicker than the factory stock. Forcing the yoke and gas block over the thick end created pressure on the barrel and gas block body. I carefully filed the lip thickness down to match the dimensions of the factory stock and the heat shield and gas block mounted with only light figure pressure… no plastic hammer or bagging the rifle stock on the floor as some videos have demonstrated. Now disassembly and assembly is super smooth and fast.

WOW!!!!!!!
This stock totally changed the looks of my old Ruger Mini 14! And so easy... Took every bit of 30 minutes, including giving it a good cleaning, while it was apart! Trust me, you cannot go wrong with the Pro Mag Archangel stock!!!

Mini 14 good fit quality stock
I had to do very little to make this fit I used it on a 183 serial number gun. It looks great feels good in the hands and has a quality appearance. The only thing I didn’t like was the packaging, it was in those plastic card things that makes it look cheap and is difficult to open. The stock would have a much better perceived value in a box.

Good fit and finish
My 183sn mini 14 fit great only some minor filling. The finish was nice and felt like quality. Fit good in the shoulder and cheek.

Archangel for Mini 14
Design and product was excellent, only problem is if you own an older model and don't do enough research, like me. It doesn't fit.

Nice stock
Thought this stock would be a drop in deal, not the case, had to do quite a bit of grinding in the trigger housing area plus grind down the two tangs in the mag well on the trigger assembly.

A different gun.
Fits my 181 series mini 14 like a glove. Ergonomics are night and day compared to other stocks, definitely makes the platform more optics friendly! Build quality is solid, don't forget to take the steel inner heat shield from your factory stock to install in the new stock.
