Great bolt looks super clean with the dust cover open the teeth for the forward assist are hidden, looks really slick. Feels great, properly staked key haven't put many rounds through it yet but satisfied so far

radian bolt carrier group
Just received this bcg today. Ran all sorts of ammo ranging 55-69 and seemed to extract everything well. It doesn’t actuate nearly as smooth as my wmd nickel boron, daniel defense or bcm bcg and I think that’s due to the anti tilt but never the less ran very well.
My only real problem with this bcg...

Great Functioning BCG
I have this Radian enhanced BCG and I own a Midwest Industries enhanced BCG and their both identical and made by the same manufacturer. Only difference is the logos and the Midwest Industries is about $40-$50 cheaper but the same. No issues after 1800rnds. I replaced the cam pins with Lantacs Domed cam pin and I replaced the one bolt with JP Rifles enhanced bolt. Nitride is holding up pretty well with some slight wear on the rails. One bcg had some pretty weak gas key staking and the other was good.
Pros:
- Nitride Finish
- Machine Quality
- Enhanced Features
- Radian
Cons:
- Weak Staking Sometimes
Best Used for:
- AR15 platform

Radian bcg
The bcg looks great and the machining seems to be very good. Proper staking and the coating seems pretty slick as well. Haven't run my rifle yet but I'm sure it will function without issue.
Pros:
- Affordable
Cons:
- none yet
Best Used for:
- Duty and combat purposes

IMO Great BCG
First off ive uses these in my last 2 builds and zi have 1 from Radian $209 and 1 from Midwest Industries $169 and their both made by the same manufacturer and are identical. I did replace the bolt that came with this with my JP Enhanced DLC bolt, replaced campin with Lantac domed pin and titanium dlc firing pin. Also as others have said the staking on both of these bcgs was kind of weak, but luckily I own a MOACKS jig and I staked these properly. Everything else seems well made and is to spec as far as tolerances, gas key screws, etc... Nitride makes cleaning this bcg simple and fast. This found a home in my lateset ADM UIC billet build and
Pros:
- Realiability
- Nitride Finish
- material & finish
- Full auto profile
- Enhanced Features
- anti tilt
Cons:
- Weak Gas Key Staking
Best Used for:
- AR15 platform

Works well weak stakes
I've had the Radian BCG for 2 years in a older style M16 A2 and its been perfect in terms of function.
The staking seems a bit on the weak side. I probably could remove the screws without any resistance but not wanting to break any locktite I have not attempted. Compared to my two Colt BCG the stakes on the Colt are what they should be no way the screws could back out. The Radian looks like they could back out. Other than that the BCG works well no issues.

Radian Weapons BCG
Nice machining. Fit and finish is excellent. The gas key is properly staked. The black nitride makes cleaning after firing very easy. Well balanced and smooth during the firing cycle. Great bolt carrier group for a reasonable price.

Excellent quality BCG
The fit and finish of this BCG is superb. I ordered this and an Aero in Nickel Boron from another retailer not sure which I would use in my latest 300 blackout pistol build. I ended up using the Radian, as the quality appears slightly better than the Aero. The finish of the Radian is super slick, and the enhanced geometry fit tight and smooth in my upper.
