Value is very subjective. For me, this does not make sense for the money. Very high priced, virtually paying $200 for a barrel and $200 for a very small but useable comp. The mark up must be close to 700-800 percent.
Better spent on small silencer/suppressor. That has much more value.
Does it work, yes. Probably reducing recoil around 20-25%. My wife has a Glock 43x that she bought for our backpacking, mountaineering, kayaking and just all around outdoor activities. I tend to carry a large caliber or larger firearm. This comp was meant to help her manage recoil better and get follow up shots on target faster. We recently had a few criminals/thugs attempt to steal some gear and our kayaks leaving us stranded on the lower Colorado River. Crazy story and interaction. She realized quickly how important a firearm can be for two legged creatures as well and not just bears, cats, etc… she had to hold down camp while I raced to reception to get national park rangers involved to help track these guys and also follow one.
Back to the Ramjet…. The quality is good, really flawless and well designed. It’s a great little comp however, it is very overpriced. My wife is an avid shooter and we belong to an incredible range just a few short miles away from our front or back door. She has probably 20k rounds or more of experience with her Glocks.
