Better than I thought they would be
I bought a pair of these last year and was pleasantly surprised by them. Sound blocking and comfort are the most important factors of hearing protection and these will satisfy both just fine. They're not quite as nice as a tight-fitting pair of headphones, but if you get them tight in your ear canal...

Overall pretty good
Certainly a good value for the price. They seem well-made, and are comfortable. I would definitely prefer if they blocked a bit more sound, but that is true for most simple in-ear hearing protection.
Not Recommended – Poor Quality and Protection
I really wanted to like these, but they let me down in several ways. First, the cord broke off way too easily, which defeats the whole point of having them connected. Second, the sound protection is subpar — they don’t seal well and definitely don’t hold up against loud noises. Lastly, they’re just not comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. I wouldn’t trust these for serious hearing protection. Look elsewhere if you need something reliable.
