its to bad I couldn't get this scale to calibrate, I tried everyway to do it, RCBS tech I spoke with couldn't help, wanted me to video what I was trying, that didn't work either. That's when I sent it back for a refund, Didn't like the 2 50gr weights that came with scale as both weight when put on platen wouldn't fit.

I Received the product and attempted to calibrate it according to the included instructions but after many tries over the course of a few hours, was unable to get it to work properly. I sent it back for a refund.

The RCBS 2000 Electronic Scale is a Great replacement for my 1500 electronic scale that bit the dust

After 15+ years of use my RCBS model 1500 scale bit the dust. I would have enjoy just getting another 1500, but could not fine a new one. The 2000 model is a touch small, but seems to be just as accurate and as quick to stabilize on the display as the old one. I like that it comes with plastic cover to keep dust out and to protect the platform of the scale. Optics Plant was quick in their delivery and the price was as low as I could find with all the other companies I researched. I use the scale both to weigh powder and casted bullets.

Good for the price. +/- .01

As they mention in manual, the device is playing around +/- .01 but it is okay, because it doesn’t playing every times when I measure. When the digit changes, I easily noticed. So I remeasure it again. It happens, maybe 10 times at once. Zeroing the device is a little bit trickery. After trying many times, I figure out my own technic to get exact numbers. During Zeroing process, When the screen shows “stable” I quickly remove 50 gm or 100 gm weights. If I live them longer on device, the RCBS will shows 49.999 or 50.01 or 99.999 or 100.01.

RCBS quality equipment

They always make quality reloading products. I’ve always used their electronic scales, there the best and last a lifetime. I would not buy a different brand. I also have several of their reloading dies, etc.

High Quality Scale. Easy to calibrate. Accurate Scale, compared with my balance scale, another RCBS scale and the Frankford Arsenal digital scale all matched up after calibration. This is great tool to have if you are Reloading Ammo, but always have the check weights or another scale to verify. You can use a 9Volt Battery or Plug in the Transformer.

I am very pleased with this scale. It is accurate, very stable, and straightforward to use. It is a replacement for an RCBS scale that was used for 20+ years before it died. I use the the scale a minimum of 4 hours a week.

Rangemaster 2000 scale

I am very pleased with this scale. I have used it so far to load about 400 rounds and it has been very accurate. I compared it against a friend scale that sells for a much greater price and they both weighed the powder charges exactly the same. Good quality, great price.
