i picked this up to replace a busted 4x redfield tube. man oh man this new revenge is a whole new world from that fixed 4x. super easy to setup on a woodmaster 742. i would have liked to get higher mounts because i can not add some flip top covers (front cover rubs against front iron sight with taking on/off), but this is not a deal breaker. i may look for something higher later. i really love the range finder feature. easy to use and they have a video on their website if you still want a few pointers.
eye relieve is soothing and controls are easy to use.
Redfeild 3x9x52
Awesome scope! Got this scope for low light capabilities and am more than satisfied with it. Can see 5 minutes after shooting time where my other scope was useless 15 min before. This was an upgrade for me after using cheaper scopes. I have had redfeild binoculars for a couple of years and they were fantastic. I could see my target with them and then look through my cheap scope and the difference was day and night. My next scope will be a Leupold ( makers of redfeild) mostly to satisfy my curiosity. Redfeild makes a great product and I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

Very Poor Warranty
I bought 2 of these scopes. One had to be sent back to Redfield to repair an unusual amount of parallax. It was returned with at least a 1 inch deviation parallax at 100 yrds. I called Redfield twice and was told that this scope is supposed to have a 3/8 in. parallax at 50 yrds. I explained that the other scope I have has no noticeable problems. No reply. No offer to repair. I have bought and mounted 5 different Redfield scopes and this is the only one I've had problems with. Buyer beware!

Looking forward to using this scope
I have not been able to use this scope for Elk hunting yet. On the range it appears to work well, as to be expected. I am looking forward to using the Accu-Ranger Hunter feature in the wild.

Revenge 3-9x 52 opinion
This is a great option for the money. I use this for one of my rim-fire rifles. I love the accu-ranger reticle. I would buy this product again. If i had a centerfire rifle, i would use a higher quality glass by same company-Leupold.
