I just purchased a new Remington shotgun and wanted an additional factory Rem Choke for it. As I have often found with many products, Optics Planet had the best price on Remington choke tubes so I placed my order with them for it. Shipping was quick and I had the choke tube within the week. The choke tube I received, Improved Cylinder, was in the sealed Remington factory packaging in pristine condition. It was exactly as represented and what I expected. After removing the choke tube from the package, I found it to be in perfect condition, well-marked and flawlessly machined. I was also very pleased to see on the packaging that the choke tuber is made in the United States by American workers.
My only beef with this product is with the packaging. The choke tube comes in a nice plastic blister pack with a good informational package card. However, the blister pack is not the type that you can pull apart and snap shut again. It is heat sealed and you have to cut it open to get the choke tube out. Essentially destroying the packaging. I like to save the packaging for all of my gun products whenever possible so I do find this to be a con with this product.
If you are looking for quality, flush-fit choke tubes for your Remington shotgun designed for the Rem Choke system, I highly recommend that you only use the factory Remington choke tubes. They are well made, well-marked and precision machined for flawless use in your Remington shotgun. And………..they are Made in Am...

Got this for buckshot and slugs to replace a cylinder breaching choke. It patterns great and slugs shoot to point of aim. Used on an express tactical barrel with no concerns. The Remington choke tube is a great value and it allows the use of steel shot too.

Easy to install, perfect fit flush to the rem-choke barrel. Lightweight, yet well made. Exactly what you need to tighten it up from the stock cyl choke. Lots of applications to use it for and easy to change out with others.

Great for shooting dove. It is also easy to change from one choke to another. Recommend using anti seize on the threads to help with removal to clean. Recommend to remove and clean each time you clean your shotgun.

Installed on my Remington 887. Really tightened up my spread at 25yds. Using the choke tube wrench made it really easy to install.
