Should've read reviews before buying
I am encountering the same issues reported by SqueezedLemons nearly a year ago: the safety plunger is the wrong size, and the extractor/depressor plunger assembly is too long. It’s disappointing to see that after all this time, the company has not addressed these recurring problems. This lack of improvement suggests a concerning disregard for customer feedback and product quality.

Wouldn't buy again
So I bought 2 of these for 10mm and 45. Most parts between the 10 and 45 are interchangable except the safety plunger. The 45 package came with a 0.235" plunger which is for 10mm or smaller. 45 is supposed to have around 0.260. Of course the sloppy fit wouldnt allow the extractor assembly to work properly.
Another thing I noticed on the 45 kit, the channel liner seemed to have a tighter fit/drag on the striker assembly vs the 10mm setup.
The 10mm depressor spring was a hair too long, causing excessive force on the extractor and wouldnt let me chamber any rounds. Shaved it down a little and now its operational.
Both share identical 3.5 NDZ minus connectors, polished everything and 4lb striker springs. Both triggers pull within couple ounces of each other. The 45acp works until I go to rack a round in the chamber and it binds up the extractor assembly bad enough where I had to take the backplate off with the slide still on. Seems like the company cant distinguish minor parts for correct calibers and lacks quakity control.
