The above review is incorrect. I do not know why this person wrote this review this way, but they are clearly referring to the 1192 plate which had ceramic tiles and was a 10 X 12 plate with an 8 X 10 tiled ceramic strike face. This was an extended back order item here but I found one via another vendor. Same model number and construction. Confirmed it is the same product based on the original announcement in Police One magazine.

Amendment to my above review
I made a mistake the plate the other review was referring to is not the 1192, but rather the 1189. A discontinued plate from RMA that was made under contract and released to the wider market. It is no longer in production, but it is the plate I believe the above reviewer is referring to. Again the 1155 is a solid affordable level IV choice, even if it is heavy and thick.
