Description for the 11.5 says its uses a patrol length. When in actuality it uses a carbine length. I ordered a patrol length and it was too long so here I am needing to reorder a new gas tube.

Surprising quality for the price

Surprisingly good quality for the price, excellent finish. I paired it with their own gas block however which needed a tiny polish, and scratched the finish slightly. Minus one star due to a smaller gas port than it deserved.

amazing barrel

Amazing barrels. I have four 12.5” and two 11.5. The 11.5” is CARBINE length not patrol. You can double check on Rosco. I run them with riflespeed gas block and 100% of the time suppressed, amazing combo. Heavy used and fast past. Absolutely recommend them.

The barrel worked perfectly. The description from OP says the 11.5 uses a patrol length gas tube but this is incorrect. It uses a carbine length gas tube.

great fit and finish….but heavier than I thought

Great fit to upper receiver (tight), Finished product is great and barrel is dimpled for gas block! Crown looked perfect. 25 oz is on the money as this barrel is hefty…if you are planning a hard use SBR/Pistol build…this barrel should take the heat and abuse….however you adding a good pound to your to the setup. Gas block fitment was also tight, so less likely to have leaks.

I order this knowing it was a heavier profile barrel, but it’s more than I expected. The barrel was tight into the upper receiver which is a plus in my opinion, the barrel is dimpled and the gas block also fit tight. Have not yet shot for accuracy, I will be shooting mostly suppressed with this barrel and it heavier to the rear contour so far handles well in dry fire practice. If it groups well it will be a home run!
