This jacket fits perfectly. I was getting concerned after reading so many different customer reviews that I may have chosen the wrong size but after just receiving it and trying it on I am relieved and very happy with my purchase. I compared Rothco to the other M65 Jacket manufacturers and was sold on Rothco based on: 1) The liner is included; 2) The sleeves have the Velcroed cuff extenders and 3) The waist has a cord to tighten for a custom fit. I am 5’ 11” and around 175 lbs. My chest is between 42-44 and I was concerned the Large would be like a tent on me as some other reviews had implied. However when I put on the jacket and adjusted the waist cord I felt so very comfortable immediately. It looks great, too, and is not only affordable but a great investment of your hard-esrned money. I can easily wear a sweater or other clothes other than just a t-shirt beneath it but without other bulky clothes it still hangs proportionately on my shoulders and body. The pockets are roomy and placed comfortably on the jacket. I highly recommend this Rothco M-65 Field Jacket.

This jacket was recently purchased in September 2024. I originally purchased a size (L) which is my regular size for shirts & jackets. When i received my first order it did come in (L) but on my frame it fit as an (XL). I'm a 5'8" & 175 lbs. male. I placed another order for the (M) size. When that jacket arrived i tried it on & it fit perfectly. I'm guessing that this BDU type jacket is made on the larger size. Overall it is what i was looking for, the construction & durability is excellent. The comfort & feel of the jacket are superior to other cheaply made clothing. I am very satisfied with my product & it's also warm.

I have benn thinking about buying a versatile coat that is heavy- duty and practical. I did not want to break the bank though. I finally made the purchase after matching it with a heavy-duty military fleece also from Optics Planet. Seperate or together they are ideal for exactly what I was looking for in durable outdoor outerwear. Couldn’t resist the coyote brown. Grat deal, great item!
