Well constructed IFAK pouch attaches via molle straps. It can be accessed by either hand by pulling either nylon inner pouch strap sideways out of the outer pouch "tube". The inner pouch is retained by Velcro. There is a drawstring on the inner pouch that can be used to hang it to keep the contents off the ground. Take care to stow the nylon grab straps so they don't get snagged. The flat IFAK rides well in the small of back position. Even though there are a few very minor cons, I really like this piece of kit.

Expensive
Grab straps can be snagged
No Velcro on outside of pouch for med ID patch
Molle on outside would negate the "flatness" of this pouch
Best Used for:
Carrying necessary blowout kit
