If high retention is not required, this is a great holster!
This holster is a perfect fit for my Para - Ordnance P14 .45 Limited. While I normally use a thumb-break pancake style holster for CC of 1911 pistols, I like how this open holster securely grips these larger semi-auto handguns.
Pros:
- Perfectly molded fit.
Cons:
- Open top, no thumb snap.
Best Used for:
- Open or concealed carry.

Very decent holster
I have three of these holsters(different models) for different pistols. For $35 you will not find another holster that works this well. I have one of these holsters on my hip on any given day.
This particular model is designed to fit a 9mm or a 40 cal pistol. Pretty tight on my Kahr 40 for the first few weeks. Now it is nice and snug but not so tight that drawing the gun is a problem. Probably less break in time with a 9mm since it will be a tad bit slimmer.
Overall, an awesome value. Is it the best...probably not, but it was affordable and it was in stock. No long wait while they made it for me.
