Most Helpful Negative Review does NOT fit USP 45 TACTICAL
I purchased this holster for a HK USP 45 tactical w/ a Streamlight TRL2 with the Surefire rail adapter. Despite the claim that this holster would fit, it DID NOT FIT. I took a rasp and a file to the lining of the holster and now it will just barely squeeze in. However, because the holster hangs low below your belt, when you try to draw the weapon the holster will flap-out away from your body and bind-up. If you want this holster for range-use only and you don't mind spending 4 hours filing the lining down then get it. If you may ever possibly need this holster for self defense, then do not buy...

Usp holster for tlr-1/tlr-7a

I ordered this for my Usp 9mm with a gg&g rail and a stream light tlr-7a. While it does fit, it fits loose even tightened down (you can turn it upside with the holster locked and it won't fall out, but if it's open it will fall out with a good shake). Switching to the stream light tlr-1, it fits perfectly. Overall a great holster.

Fits my USP 45 Tactical

It fits my USP 45 Tactical with TLR-4 perfectly. I was worried but I really wanted the leather lining inside of the holster for this particular pistol.

I’m so happy that it fits as this pistol has been a difficult pistol to find a holster for with a light attached. I have tested it with my adapter and TLR-1 and it fits in that configuration also.
