AKM rear tang compatible
If you have an AK with a rear tang and You're not sure you want to cut it off yet, then this is the adapter you're looking for. Fit is a little bit easier than the Midwest industries version. Remove pistol grip, remove hardware from your original stock and grab your favorite mallet and knock out your wood or polymer stock. It may need a couple light taps with the mallet to get it seated. Now replace your pistol grip and hardware and now you're ready to run a folding stock. Again there's a really good option if you're not looking to permanently modify your AK.

Not the best fit leaves unsightly gap on the under side.
This rear trunnion fits the stamped housing but needed quite a bit of grinding on a bench grinder even so it did not go back far enough into the housing to seal the perimeter. The underside had a 1/8" gap from the back of the Trunnion to the rear of the bottom of the stamped housing. I was thinking of sealing with black caulk but I ordered a different trunnion and hopefully in will fit better and go far enough into the receiver so there are no gaps on the underside.

Extremely happy with the product, even with the long wait. Fit my PSA AK47 like a glove out the packaging, no nicks or scratches. However some updates on the progress across the wait would be much appreciated!

Just what I needed to complete my build. The design is simple and robust. The finish is black parkerized applied evenly. Great product!

AKM picatinny mount
Narrowed my choices down to this one or the PSA mount and jmac mount. This one seemed to serve my purposes best. It's sturdy and not supremely overpriced like everything at jmac. Install was quick and easy and the new stock is on there rock solid.
