Most Helpful Negative Review Almost a step backwards in styling...and the lightning cuts on the lever won't help that....
This is very well made, but the rubber straps on the sides are a "No" for me (similar to their earlier braces). sba4 is best brace option

This brace is my favorite. Prefer this over the SBA3 as it feels more stable and offers me a better cheek weld. Stay away from the SBM4 which is not adjustable and requires a smooth buffer tube. This SBA4 to me is close enough to a stock that I see no reason for me, at least now, to SBR/form1 my AR pistol.

great brace

This brace fits nice and snug on the buffer tube with no rattle. The weight of it helps offset the rest of the gun. The fins don’t split at all like they do on the SBA3. I do wish that the strap was a little longer. I like that the QD point is farther forward. It helps keep the gun closer to your chest when running the sling mount on the opposite side of the brace.

SB Tactical SBA4 Brace

This is one of the most comfortable braces I have bought. Compared to the SB Tactical SBA3 this has a connecting piece that makes it more stock like, but is still maintained as a brace. It comes with an adjustable buffer tube as well. Overall this is the best brace on the market.

Better than SBA3

I first got the SBA3 as part of a lower combo from American Defense Manufacturing. I read some reviews online saying that SBA4 has harder rubber and therefore provides better shoulder support. I took a leap of faith and bought one in FDE color. Man, the SBA4 is markedly better than 3. The FDE color matches perfectly with the Magpul pistol grip and rail which are both in FDE.

Solid brace

Excellent brace for your next PCC. Installation on my AR9 was smooth and quick. Brace has enough range of motion to fit just about any shooter. Durably built for even the competition environment. Will be interesting to see how it holds up over time in the sun.

Sloppy loose fit

Purchased this for my first pistol build. Initial critique regards the brace's loose and sloppy fit. Other than that it seems to be a nice product. Optics Planet delivered the product in a reasonable time despite the issues they are having and give notice about it.

Sba4 brace

Solid construction overall. Feels and looks great. Slightly heavier than sba3 however more solid feeling. If 3oz. More on your build Isnt a concern this is a better brace in my opinion over the sba3. I would recommend this brace

beware when final sale

i see what final sale means rubber brace was not sealed to upper so must be factory seconds for such a low price with no returns so make sure you have a way to re glue where it was separated using cv glue with a good clamp

CQB Perfection

You want to talk about the perfect brace for CQB scenarios. Well..this is it. SB Tactical never fails to deliver the top quality product that we in the 2a community have come to know. I used to prefer the sba3 when it came to braces but I think this is my new favorite. I wil continue to buy this brace for my builds.
