Scalarworks LEAP 01 Mount

I have about 20 of these mounts now in 1.42", 1.57" and 1.93". They are great for mounting Sig Sauer Romeo 5s and Holosun AROs and of course the Aimpoint T2. But I primarily use them for the more budget friendly options. Love the QD system and always return to zero. Comes with everything you need to mount your optic and in a nice little package. Scalarworks makes a solid mount and I will most definitely buying more.

I got this scalarworks mount for a Great price. The build quality is great and its light weight. I would highly recommend this item to anyone.

1.42" Scalarworks T2 Optic Mount is One of the Best

Yes, it is pricy but you get what you pay for. This optic mount is sublime and the mounting is solid, secure, yet tool-less. I had my doubts but this mount made me a believer. It's also a bonus that it still allows use your iron sights.
Pros:
  • tool-free install
  • Maintains zero very well
  • Allows use of a Red Dot, with the added benefit of maintaning use of the iron sights.
  • perfect height options
Cons:
  • Price (But it's worth it)

best t2 mount

Scalarworks mounts are the best out there in my opinion. They are light weight, easy to mount and remove and perfect return to zero. Comes with everything you need to mount your optic including a extended T10 bit and 4 torque screws with red thread locker on them. I have at least 10 different Scalarworks mounts at this point and they never disappoint.

LEAP/Micro T-2 Mount 1.57"

I've only ever used the 1.42" T-2 mount by Scalarworks so I decided to by the 1.57" version for a new optic. I am just as pleased with the taller 1/3 co-witness height as it is now quicker for me to get on target. I may try the 1.93" next we'll see. Non the less it's one of the best mounts on the market and you literally can't go wrong with anything that scalarworks makes imo. Highly recommend it.

It's hard to go wrong with Scalarworks. The Leap/01 is a fantastic product for my Aimpoint Micro T-2. It's lightweight and mounts the T-2 with ease. It's solid and creates a repeatable mount without requiring a do-over of the zero. I also own their Leap/12 for my EoTech. I have trust in their products.

Great for Holosun HE503CU-GR

I wanted just a bit more height to my optic to be more comfortable and the 1.93” was perfect. It’s also supposed to be extremely strong and definitely looks a lot better. Appreciate that the installation tool and screws are included as well.

This is my second time buying this mount. Scalarworks is top tier and worth every penny. Their mounts are a amazing, solid, superior quality, and hold zero like a boss. I love their package too - a small thing like that goes a long way in my opinion. I highly recommend anything by Scalarworks and especially this mount as you can put so many different optics that have T1/T2 footprint. Defiance a deserves the 5 star rating.

Worth every penny

First off, this mount does not do anything special that other options can do. This mount just does it better. It is lighter and slimmer than the other options. Its qd system may not be as quick, but it is more secure with no risk of over tighening.
