I have wanted a Schmidt and Bender scope for as long as I can remember. I finally pulled the trigger and got one and it’s as nice as everyone says they are. Glass is breathtaking and it’s built like a tank. I could not be happier.

This scope is insanely clear and tracks better than a train on rails. Even on a zero cant mount on a .300 Win Mag, it has enough elevation to get out to 1500+ yards. The image is bright, extremely sharp, with good contrast. Scope is overbuilt and you can tell it's designed to take some abuse. I read that the S&B PMII scope is the gold standard and now I see why.

As soon as I picked it up it felt like no other scope I have. It felt rock solid. Everything about it feels great works great and is precise. I sent it off to be mounter on a special rifle. The scope even was set @ 25 power - preferred power for sighting in. Every detail is perfect.

The glass on this scope is very clear. Some complain of tunneling on low magnification. This happens on the lowest magnification however it is not limited to just this scope. Get above the lower settings and you will be impressed by the clarity. I plan on buying another in the future.

What a great scope! Well that's to be expected when you're talking about a Schmidt and bender. I wasn't looking to buy one, but optics planet was having a deal that was too good to pass up. Shipped well packaged, free from damage, and zeroed very close out of the box. Clicks are precise and tactile and tracking stays true. Only problem is I now have to build a rifle worthy of such a nice optic.

what can you say. As clear as any scope could be. built like a tank. My only gripe would be that the illumination is not as bright as I would have hoped but have not tried with a new battery,only the one it came with. that said Schmidt Bender has impressed me

I've been looking for a scope to put on a new rifle build. I was looking at another optic when this model came up. I heard that Optics planet was having a deal on S&B scopes and looked into it. I couldn't pass up the deal they had, I had never heard of S&B being this low! It was a no brainer so I purchased it. I got a confirmation and the next day I got a notification that I had to fill out a ITAR form? I've never had to do that before with other companies so the stress started in! There were only a few left and I thought they would be gone before I filled out the form! I filled it out and called customer service to let them know my concern. Since I got the confirmation they said they have it set aside and the woman I spoke to personally sent all info to the appropriate people to get the scope to me. The glass is crystal clear and am very happy with it! Optics Planet CS personnel is very professional and will take care of you, Thanks Optics planet, you people are great! Steve
