Perfect fit, worth the extra money
The Extra large XP-6 Scopecoat cover fit my Swarovski 3-12X56mm rifle scope perfectly. The neoprene is much thicker than the cheaper (basic) Scopecoat model. It has wings than extend down in the center of the scope to protect the mounts as well.
I ab thrilled with the extra padding, weather protection and warmth that this will provide my $3,000 scope.
TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY SPENT - unlike the cheaper Scopecoat model.
Scope Coat
A good product, useful on the range. I wish it had a bit more form-fitting ability to make it more useful in the field. Overall, am glad I bought it.
Also, I ended up buying the size one step higher than I needed for my Nightforce. Optics Planet was super helpful and replaced it for me with ZERO hassle. Really appreciated that.

Good product.
I love these and have them on every scope in my gun safe. The thick neoprene is a nice snug fit and no worries about the scope banging into other stuff in the gun safe or while on a spot and stalk. Great product.

Thickest and most protective scope cover on market 6 mm thick this size fit Nignt force SHV 4-14-56 fine optic price best I found even has saddle sides somewhat covering action even have longer one for NF 5x 20 x56 with sunshade

Nice thick scope cover to protect my Nightforce
I got this scope cover to protect my NightForce SHV scope on my Remington rifle. Since I have a sunguard on my scope I needed something that was a bit longer. Found this particular model and it fits my NightScope SHV like a glove. Material is thick and it protects the scope from scratches. Construction is top notch, I got mine in Dry-Earth color and it looks pretty sharp. Scopecoat make great products, I became aware of their brand by watch the SOA show (Steve's Outdoor Adventures) on the Outdoor channel. Cover is not the cheapest out there but it is a good investment to protect my expensive Nightforce scope. Optics planet have always treated me nicely, they are the best sellers for optics and accessories.

well made, not great for lens caps or turrets
Bought for a Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50. While this product does the job of protecting the scope, and I specifically bought this size to best fit my scope, it does not work at all with lens caps and barely stretches around the multiple turrets (which are common for modern scopes). The side flaps are also not very attractive just laying there, and would be better if designed to wrap securely under the scope body (maybe one-piece for two-point mounts and two-piece for one-point mounts. I'll likely just use this in the safe to protect while taking other guns in/out, but for travel or use in the field I don't see this product helping me any.

Cons
The picture does not accurately represent the true size of this product. The cover was built to cover the turrets that extend out of the top and left/right. However, for my application the scope cover extends well beyond the turrets and actually gets in the way when I try to hold the stock at the bottom. Although this is a great product from a quality perspective, if I were to purchase again I would probably try to find something that doesn't hang down as low so that it gets in the way of my grip. I will need to cut the excess off to make it work for my situation. Based on your application, the results may be different.

Scopecoat XP-6 Extra Large / 2XL Scope Cover 17.5x60mm
Very good quality and made of heavy neoprene. The cover provides the required protection for a Vortex Viper 6 X 18 scope mounted on my Remington 700 rifle. Protects when transporting the rifle as well as when stored in a safe. If you have invested in an expensive scope I recommend this to protect your investment.

- Fits a little tight on a 15" scope but is acceptable. Definately won't fall off.
