Like the feel but not the look
I ordered the FDE version and think that it looks too shiny and metallic. I wish the finish would have been more of a dull matte finish. Compared to the other components this safety and mag release almost look gold because of the sheen. Just a personal preference I guess
Seekins Ambi Safety
Really like Seekins ambi safeties have them on all my AR’s. Allow for short or long throw.

Perfect Throw
The 60 degree throw is perfect and it’s got plenty of meat to grab onto when switching to fire. The off hand selector is also the perfect length. Great safety for a good price. I will be installing it on all my rifles.

just doesn’t feel right... i prefer a standard steel ambi
Love the brand... well constructed... just dont like the feel. Too rough and they stick out a bit farther than a stock selector. I have the bolt catch as well. Same problems. The weight savings aren't worth it imho

Seekins Precision Selector
Never tried Seekins before, but wanted to spruce up my newest build a little and have the capability of ambidextrous. I also liked the texture and look of the scalloped cut outs on this selector. Once installed and oiled, it works great. Still has a good solid transition but smooth as can be. I love it on my 5.56 so I got another for my AR10 and it works great on it! Looks cool, functions great, easy install, and solid product- Ill keep buying them!

Seekins Precision ambi safety
Great product and streamlined. Works and looks great. This is only my 3rd Seekins safety so I must like it. I would recommend for any avid AR shooter. The ease of use makes it great and looks even better and the price point isn't that bad

Seekins Percision SP safety Selector
Percision SP safety Selector fits the bill Perfectly. Had previously purchased a Phase 5 safety Selector and had to return it because of the sharp edges that would cut you. Seekins safety works great the only issue I had was it my spring Put a little too much pressure on the safety. it was a bit too stiff, solution was I just took 2 coils off the spring. Works great.

As Expected
This selector switch works perfect. I installed it on my lower and wanted a little contrast with the FdE on the black lower, looks great but more importantly it’s functional and has held up well. Would definitely recommend.

ambi switch looks good. looks like they sent a tan one/ not the green in the upper left.
I got this to match green furniture from Fab Defense. Both the slide handle and the switch are the same color gold. Not really flat/ not really earth/ not really green but they match each other and look great on the gun non the less. I wish I could send pics as my S&W mp2 is ready for action.

machining tolerances off
I bought two sets of this selector switch. The first set I tried to put in and just would not go all the way in. I tried it on two other receivers and still would not fit. I measured the two ends with micrometer and one side was larger than the other. The other set I had fit but it was very very tight.It was so tight it scraped all the coating off my receiver. I did not try to install these until after 30 days so I could not return them. Save your money and but something else

Long Term Review.
I have been using this for a few years now and this is really a great feeling low profile Safety Selector. I also use Mil-Spec, Ambi Mil-Spec, BAD Ambi Safety Selector, BAD Ambi Safety Selector Pro, and Ambi Arms Unlimited. This selector is very smooth with positive clicks, a slim profile, and grippy serrations cut into the face. Compared to all of the other selectors listed, only the BAD selectors are able to match the smooth performance of the Seekins selector, and they are not as low profile as the Seekins selector, nor do they have serrations on the face, only the edges. This give the Seekins a slight advantage when gloves or worn, or in inclement weather. If low profile is a requirement, this is a good choice.
