Exceptional glass and see through flip caps.
I purchased this scope for a 6.5 Grendel build and selected the combo version.
I already had several other brands of scopes at the 6-24x50 ($400-$600) size and while they are good to excellent, this price point for the Shepard Rogue beat them hands down.
Outstanding glass from 6 to 24x. No issues.
Eye relief - difficult to measure by myself; as the magnification goes up, I did have to move closer.
See through lens caps are amber and allow target acquisition with some clarity issues; snap closed securely and open distinctly. Tight on the scope.

6.5 creedmore
Have this scope on my howa 6.5 creedmore within the first week I have killed 10 wild pigs and 3 coyotes. This scope is amazing great product. I now own 3 shepherds scopes and a friend has 2. I will never buy anything but a shepherds again

great product
i bought this scope to mount on my custom M4 using a leupold one piece mount, it took 4 shots at 75 yds and it was zeroed, out to 150 yds and just a few minor adjustments and repeated bulls eyes, i bought this scope mostly for the reticle which is awesome, so easy to center your targets and it held zero, the glass is super clear my only complaint is this thing is huge ! the first time i looked through i saw Mars and could count the rivets on a passing satellite

Not a bad deal
Scope is pretty good it doesn't feature zero stop so remember to count how many clicks you went up when shooting long range . Not real clear when on 24 power but not bad 1full turn on turrets is 7.5 moa 2 turns would be 15 and so on each turret has 60 moa of travel 120 combined with elevation and windage . It is a decent scope not as good as vortex

My first Shepherd Scope
I purchased the Rogue Series SFP 6x-24x for my AR-10. I have mounted it and bore sighted it. However, I have yet to make it to the range. I will say that as soon as I looked through the scope I was impressed with the clarity and light transmission. I have handled/looked through scopes costing 2-3 times as much and I can say that the quality of my New scope does not disappoint!
I chose the “combi” reticle because my personal preference is a MOA vs MIL reticle. I am excited to get to the range and punch some holes in paper. Initially I will zero at 100 yards since that is what is readily available. Later on I will probably re-zero at 200 yards since I plan to shoot mid-range out to 600 yards.

You get what you pay for
So overall it's not bad for $350 but I was under the assumption that it had paralax adjustment which it dose not but the glass is really clear on 6-12 power it's not to bad until you get to 20-24 power it's pretty blurry but good enough to see your bullseye on a paper target at 200yds so I'm not to impressed but being that a scope like this normally runs at about $800-$1000 it's not that bad I've seen worse
