Dangerous Design
Holster flares out enough so that you can reach in and pull the trigger while gun is holstered. It's a potential snag hazard and an accident waiting to happen, especially on a gun with no external safety. I would not use this holster with a round chamered for fear of accidental discharge.
The factory holster
It is identical to the one that came with my older SIG. Not a bad first holster while you figure the gun out. It is rugged and minimal and the retention is okay but the problem is many better holsters exist now. This is jack of all trades master of none. Go get yourself a good duty holster and also a good IWB holster and then use the best one for the job on the day you need it.
