The red dot in this optic is very poor quality. Dot on the unit I received had 2 small lines/flaws in it. Made the dot look like a star. highly durable bargain

This optics glass is clear and gives a very flat image. Great battery life, shake awake red dot. It’s extremely durable. This is really the sweet spot where value meets performance. It’s bigger than most modern offerings, but that’s the only trade off.

Recently got this for a build and it's great! Super robust. I really like that you have multiple mounting options in the box along with a kill flash. I will be buying another one again

Good Dot for AK

Mounted to my AK, works great so far. Comes with 2 heights to mount it, which is nice. Like that it takes double AA batteries. Would recommend if you want to try something other than the Romeo 5.

This has a clean dot, and a very easy mounting system. I like that it comes with a different mounting bracket to rase or lower as needed. I’m excited to get this mounted and the build complete!

Tank of a red dot

Been running an R7 for several years now and just purchased another. It's been my "farm gun" optic for two of those years. Bouncing around in a UTV, trudging through wooded hills, I have not been gentle with it. Regardless of the abuse, it has always held zero and there has been no degradation in performance. It's a little on the heavy side but I like the how that extra weight balances my AR out. It's the main battle tank of red dot sights. Can't go wrong with the Romeo 7!

Dependability and quality

I already own the Romeo 5 which has been reliable and of Great quality. I had ran hundreds of rounds through it and taken it to the range months later and found the zero still on point. Romeo 7 appears to be the same optic with easier access to battery and an enclosed full size housing. I can only say that I'm impressed so far.

SIG SAUER Romeo7

I bought this optic for my 11.5 suppressor build, works GREAT with a really clear dot. I don't know why more people aren't buying the SSR7. The build quality is solid, functions are easy and it has shake to wake, on top of all that it comes in under 200$.
