Overall, I would say the scope is decent. I have a comparable Strike Eagle 1-8 and I would say I prefer this one. Obviously, it's now where close to my VUDU or Zeiss, but i's not bad by any stretch. Glass is very clear and 1x-5x the eye box stays very solid. 6x-8x it gets a little tighter and a bit shifty, but has minimal distortion around the edges. Flip caps are good and snug on the scope, too. The illumination is not what you might call "daylight bright", but during the day it's really not that useful anyhow. For the optic itself, I would definitely give it a solid 4.0. Buy it and understand its limitations and you won't be disappointed.

As for Optics Planet, I bought this as an open box/demo unit and as such it was significantly discounted. When the product arrived it didn't appear like it had ever been handled or set in the included mount. None of the screws appeared to have been snugged up and there was no evidence of it ever being turned in the rings to level it. It appeared to have bever been removed from the box. Shipping was fast and it arrived on time.

Love this new scope. Very easy to sight in and the glass in it is good the price was great. You can't beat it. I really think the color is awesome too!!

Great scope , if your looking for a good lpvo this is the way to go.

Haven't mounted this one yet, but it's going on my new henry spd hush 45/70 when it comes in. I have several 1x6 mounted on 22lr,22mag, 22arc and a hmr 17 .love the clarity and ease of finding target fast. Getting ready to order another 1x6 for another ar 22mag soon as cards paid on this one.

Put this on a BLR 7mm RM because I wanted something incredibly quick for stalking and brush, but with enough magnification to take advantage of how far the gun can reach out and touch. It does what I want it to for sure.

I like the scope. It isn’t light but that is to be expected from sig. the focus on toughness and performance over weight savings.

This was exactly what I was looking for to fit on my AR 15 Reticle is very crisp . Easy to pick up target. Great for range shooting and also for longer shots . Wont be my last sig tango

This is my second Tango 1-8X. I think it was a good value with the extra 15% discount, the included mount, and free shipping. Unlike my other Tango 1-8X, the elevation and windage adjustments on this one were so hard to turn that I had to use pliers.

Works awesome, having experience using this in the military it serves its purpose. Reps, reps, reps.
