The Tango4 is a very nice scope (6-24x50mm 30mm tube). It feels very rugged and has some weight to it. It's not heavy, but has a "beefy" feel.
The glass is very nice. The only slight thing that some people might not love is that you need to be lined up very well or you get some shadowing/darkness from the direction that your eye is offset.
The first focal plane is nice for ranging! It's very nice to be able to zoom and still use the reticle hash marks without having to do more math (depending on zoom ...when scope is sfp).
I like this scope and would recommend it!
Pros:
- FFP
- Clear, sharp, bright glass

I had actually ordered a different brand scope in the same power but after it was back ordered, I was recommended this scope by a sales person from Midway. I did some research on it and it appeared that many people liked the scope. I bought it and had it put on a Tikka 6.5 Creedmoor. My gunsmith, who is familiar with the Tango4, liked this scope to reach out for the long shots of 400-plus yards, which was my intension in buying this scope. I have not had it to the range yet, but out of the box I like the balance of the scope on my gun and I like how I can dial in the magnification with smooth turns. I prefer an iluminated reticle because my eye can pick up my aiming point quickly. Hunting in low light conditions, it is easier to put an illuminated reticle on a distant target. At least it is for me.
The clarity of the lenses is exceptional at long distances. I am looking forward to putting it into action this fall.
Thank you Midway for the suggestion of this scope. Also, when I purchased it, the price was exceptional.

I originally wanted the Vortex 6-24 50mm scope. The customer service called me a day after I ordered it and said it would take at least 3 more weeks before it would come in. They then offered me a much more expensive scope in place of the Vortex. I said sure why not, well it turned out to be a much clearer scope then my Leupold and a lotmore features. I couldn't be more happier.

Packaged very nicely. I mounted on my .308 Patriot Arms Revolution with a Geisselle 'Super Precision' mount. Remarkable clear glass and seems to be crafted with extreme care for the price point. Eye relief seems a bit touchy, but I am still getting used to the scope.

I got this scope to do some long range shooting on a built 243 rem 700 with a bull barrel. Got to say its a really nice scope for the money. It tracks good and turrets feel really nice to. ffp scope and that is very nice to have. Illumination works great. The only reason I didnt fully like the scope is it’s failure to adjust parallax out of it at close range. Played around with it at over 50 yards it done fine. Even over longer yards its a little fiddley to adjust for the crosshairs an Target to be clear. Wish I would have just got a Nightforce. But all around not a bad scope if you will never use at closer ranges. I have limited range at home and doing load development and zeroing it in is hard to do, most I can get here is 37 yards and could not get parallax adjusted out. The crosshairs for me was ok, but sometimes the little dot can be alittle hard to see good on different targets. Opticsplanet shipped it out fast and it was packaged good.
Pros:
- clear glass
- FFP
- tarrets adjust good

Top of the line scope in any price range. Clear as my Burris XTR and Nightforce. Parallax adjustment is easy to use, but some playing with it is necessary to get in flow with how much is required. Excellent value...I will likely end up with more of these.
Cons:
- Parallax Adjustment is finicky

This scope is easy to use and is versatile in both the field and the range. The 6-24x make it usable in different situations. The glass is clear with no distortions at all powers. The zero-stop is easy to set and use. It should have included a sun shade.
Pros:
- The 6 to 24X range gives it great veratility
- The reticle is easy to use both on the range and in the field.
- Clear glass with no distortions at high power.
- The zero stop is easy to set and use.
