Mike's Review of SIG SAUER ROMEO Zero Elite 1x24mm Reflex Red Dot Sight
I purchased this red dot to replace the red dot on my Springfield Hellcat. I liked the idea of having a red circle with a red dot center. I felt it would help in aquiring a target faster. The red dot is bright and sharp and is quick to pick up the red dot as I hoped it would.
My only problem I had was in mounting the red dot. I had the screws torqued down as the instructions specified. I could see a little bit of light underneath the red dot, but it was tight on the gun, so I thought it must be ok. I went to the range to shoot with it, and it immediayely began to move on the gun. The screws were not loose. I removed the red dot and attempted to reinstall it. I found that the only way, you could get the sight to sit flush with the top of the gun was to lighly tap the top of the red dot to get it to fully seat over the two small post that keep the front of the red dot from moving side to side. I have not had any problems since then.
Other than the above mentioned problem, I would highly recomend this red dot.
