high mounts that are way too high
these mounts measure 1.67" they left .955" under Leopold VX6 with 52mm objective. There was no such thing as cheek weld, even the medium height rings would leave almost a half inch between scope and barrel. With a new offering such as VX6 it takes some time for offerings to come to market. Ended up...

Sightmark 34mm medium rings
Excellent quality rings at a more than fair price. 12mm hex bolt to lock rings to rail, 6 torx bolts per ring cap to lock scope down securely. This is my second pair and I won’t hesitate for a third if needed.

Not useable
Could not loosen mounting screws on either mount. Need refund. Will return and get better rings. Bad product....not functional. Waste of money. Need refund. ,............................nothing more to say

Sightmark 34 mm rings
Got the high one first and it was to high. Returned it and exchanged for the medium. No problem with the return process. Works perfect with my 56mm objective on my Thompson Center Venture 2 in .270 rifle. These seem to be made really solid. Holds my scope perfect with no movement.

Much Beefier Than They Appear! Excellent Rings!!!
I was concerned when I ordered these, they were so tall that I thought they'd be too weak for my big scope and big magnum. WRONG!! Super beefy and far above the task. Highly recommended. However I got some bad info about what height I needed for my 56mm objective scope so went to a lower set of rings instead, though they actually worked great. Just too high for any kind of decent cheek weld, though I could have stuck with them no problem.
No need to spend triple the amount, THESE WILL DO THE JOB!!! 5 stars all the way.

rings for my 5R
sturdy and made very well --a number of my friends were quite please and will probably purchase a set for use with their target rifle scopes
