Great red dot scope - Sightron S30-5 Red Dot Electronic 30mm Sighting Device

I was surprised by the quality of this scope, mine has No Image reduction or Parallax at 50 yards. Lens is clear with no detectable distortion, dot is round, will star burst at high intensity but that will diminish as background light increases which is the reason for increasing intensity. Dot size is listed at 5MOA but seems smaller and I like that. Simply put the scope is outstanding and compares favorably to my 9000SC yet at a much lower cost and weight! I intend to buy more!! I also recommend it to friends. Unlike most other rings these rings supplied fit the Weaver type base perfect! Screw slot may have to be opened slightly on some bases. Should be a perfect fit on the Picatinny rail too. Only drawback I seen was a strip of linen type material in the ring I guess to improve clamping force on the scope. I didn't use the rings and opted for the type included with the 9000SC so that they would fit my MatchGun2 exactly like the 9000SC. I intend to purchase a few more and mount them on my 1911's
