great range bag
I’m a researcher. I never buy anything on impulse and research everything for two weeks before I purchase. Yes, it’s sometimes a problem. I always ask myself is it worth the extra money to buy name brand or should I go with the knock off, should I, should I should I.
I can tell you that bang for...

What are all these little pouches for?
Poorly thought out. There are all kinds of little pouches on this bag that do not seem to fit anything. There is even a removable bag on the inside that has movable dividers that have no possible use and I cannot fathom what the removable bag is for besides taking up all of the room in the large com...

Tactical Range Bag
Great size, very well made, holds everything I need for the range or hunting.
Would recommend: Yes
Strong zippers
Most range bags are fairly sturdy but many are lacking when it comes to the zippers. I've gone through several range bags due to zippers failing (either rip at the seem or the zipper itself just breaks). This bag seems to have fairly heavy-duty zipper. Hopefully it will hold up over the years unlike my others.
Pros:
- Solid construction and zippers
Cons:
- None
Would recommend: Yes
Big, impressive bag.
This bag is impressive. It is meant for hauling multiple firearms, assorted ammo and gear to the range. It is well-built and is sturdy. Tons of storage compartments and a large, removable ammo compartment with handles mean you are organized and your gear is not grinding against itself as you schlep it around. This is a range guy’s bag.
Pros:
- well built
- Big
- organized
- tons of room
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- The guy who has more stuff than his current bag can hold
Would recommend: Yes
Outstanding Range Bag
I waited to write this review until I had a chance to see how this range bag held up after several range session and matches. 100% would buy again. I have the Vertx bags and now prefer this bag. Great build quality and lay out at a fantastic price. If you are looking for a new Range bag dont hesitate to pull the trigger on this M&P bag!

S&W Officer Tactical Range Bag
This a big bag. It has flat plastic feet that protects the bottom material. There are plenty of pockets inside and out. Two zippered pistol rugs are inside. There is a center bag that pulls out as well. Worth the money, better if you can get it on sale.
Pros:
- Made well
- big and spacious
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Range use
- holds pistol, mags and ammo
Would recommend: Yes
Great range bag with plenty of room
Have been using a smaller Allen range bag for several years but it was always overstuffed and everything was thrown together despite my OCD efforts. I decided it was time for a bag that could hold everything I needed for a range session. Enter this M&P range bag. It provides great organization and separation of all of your range gear. I’m easily able to fit multiple sets of eye and ear pro, gloves, 4-5 pistols, 14 pistol magazines, tools, ammo, small targets, tape, stapler, tools, Otis pistol cleaning kit, 5+ boxes of ammo, ifak, and a water bottle and still have some room left over. This bag is very well padded and structured and carry’s well with both the handles and shoulder strap. The caddy bag inside the main compartment does take up a little more room than I would like but it also lends itself to better organization and keeps gear from moving around, I use the side pockets on the caddy to hold my additional pistols that aren’t in the padded cases. Overall a great range bag for a great price, the high quality construction, organization, and utility make this a lot of bag for the money
Pros:
- Great organization, quality, amount of storage
Cons:
- Inner caddy a little bulky due to padding
Best Used for:
- A full range session

Great Range Bag
Purchased several different range bags to compare and this unit did not disappoint and was considerably cheaper. Perfect size with lots of open space. Sides do not collapse like a more expensive bag did. Perfect for 2 pistols but room for others if needed.

Great Range bag for two
I have always just used an old backpack for my range bag. As always just fine but now that there are two of us shooting I needed the room and this bag works perfectly. Well-made zippers seem to be durable and in plenty of room for just about all your gear. I think I’m going to retire my old backpack.

I love this Bag
Very well made, Strong shoulder strap (Not the cheap one some bags have)it holds a lot of equipment. Did not have a strap to hold targets to the side of the bag, so I made my own for $10.00. Nice that it came with two zippered pistol bags and a pull spring brass bag. I believe this will be the last range bag that I will have to purchase and I will be able to pass it down to one of my Grandkids.
Pros:
- Size, compartments
Cons:
- No target holding strap ( this is a personel must have)
Best Used for:
- The range and hunting
Would recommend: Yes
Large Range Bag
I was pleasantly shocked at the large size of this bag. Plenty of room for everything for an hour or a day at the range. Seems sturdy enough to last for several years. The shoulder strap and carry handles are a must and are heavy duty.
Pros:
- durable
- Large amount of storage
- zippered pockets
Cons:
- kind of pricey
Best Used for:
- Day at the range
Would recommend: Yes
