I just wanted a cheap holder during pistol cleaning. This rack is heavy duty and more appropriate for safe storage or sales cases! Overbuilt for my intended use, but really nice. Highly recommended.

I had optics planet price match this for me. I did get the one that holds 6. I am glad I purchased this item. A much better option than keeping them in cases or just setting them in a safe. They will hold pistols with optics as well.

Hornady Wire Gun Rack
I ordered the 8 stack version. This item is high quality metal with a soft plastic coating. Small rubber tips on the leg ends prevent it from sliding when rack is loaded. Fits Ruger Blackhawk 7.5" to a Taurus TCP with no problem. Although firearm is resting trigger guard up, there is still room for at least one larger magazine to stack underneath each slot. Will buy again as armory grows.

Large handgun rack (8 gun size)
Purchased three of these racks to organize my handguns in my safe. They set up in the racks and take less than half the space as before. They worked even better than I thought they might. Best money I have spent in a long time.

Pistol rack for safe
I bought this to go along with a safe that I also ordered from Optics Planet. The rack arrived promptly and is just what I expected. It is sturdy and the wire frame has a nice coating to protect the guns. This is well made and works fine. I would recommend it.
