I've had one of these for years. I've given them as gifts and I just bought another for my grown son. Everyone that has received one has bragged on it. I think it's the best one available, mostly because of a couple of reasons - 1)You can sling it open with one hand, and 2)the gripping force of the pliers is multiplied by the geared design. Some other nice features are that the tools are replaceable and the hand guards are removable. With the geared design, the pliers can be used in tight spaces; handles don't have to be open. It's tough and the tool combination is good.
