These are an amazong set pf hearing protection. I've always used walkers of peltor range guards, but these are a huge step up in hearing protection and active noise cancelling. The hunting setting on these makes you feel like you've got super hearing and there's not much of the static sounds you'll get woth cheap hearing protection. Get a set of gel cups for these and they are the most comfortable over ear shooting earmuffs.
Pros:
- Durability
- battery life
- Comfort
- active noise cancelling

Easy to use and a DRASTIC upgrade from Walkers/Leights. These are for the PROS! Doesn’t come with gels but I went through Sordin and bought them. Couldn’t be happier. Sordin made a customer for life out of me.
Pros:
- Amazing quality
- awareness settings

These seem very well made and they are very comfortable. Definitely much better than the walkers I have been used to using. Not as good of sound quality as the comtacs I've used before, but bang for the buck they were definitely worth the price.

I love the neckband style vs a traditional headband. Do yourself a favor and get the gel cups. These are the best ear pro I’ve owned by far.

I volunteer as a Range Safety Officer which has me wearing a headset all day long. I bought the Supreme PRO-X when looking for something more comfortable than what I had. These were reasonably comfortable but you have a padded set of structural/support wires resting behind your neck AND an adjustable strap going over the top of your head. It's not necessarily a bad combination but for me personally it was not substantially better than a conventional setup, just different. With the neckband at top strap, these might be a better configuration for competition with running and shooting involved.
The sound attenuation was very good. Rifle shots were well-muffled but hearing normal conversation was no problem. I only got about 4 hours out of a fresh set of 2 AAA batteries but that was with a lot of shooting going on. The batteries might last much longer in relatively quiet woods. The gel ear cups were very comfortable- much better than foam-filled ones.
The box states that these are specifically designed for hunters.
Pros:
- Good sound attenuation
- Some will find these very comfortable
Cons:
- short battery life
- Relatively expensive

This is one of those items you need if you’re shooting on a regular basis. I’ve had everything from foam ear plugs to early electronic over the head muffs. All were the “thing” at the time. I bought and returned two sets of in ear Bluetooth protection, neither of which stopped the loud crack of a rifle. I did lots of research and found the Sordin brand and was impressed with what I read. They have multiple programs depending on what you’re doing. One in my shop that lets me hear the phone or the doorbell yet protects from machine noise and a shooting model that blocks the loud sound wave of multiple rifles at a match.
I like the read band which allows for comfortable wear of a hat and glasses with the headset and the gel ear coups fit perfectly and seal well without giving me a headache. Adjustable volume lets Mae hear range commands and someone speaking to me but also lets me get into my zone when shooting. They are not inexpensive but in this I case I recommend them if you can fit them into your budget
Pros:
- Excellent comfort
- good protection for your hearing
- neck band allows wearing a hat or helmet
Best Used for:
- shooting
- Industrial chores
