Spikes BAR is what you want
To tuck the full size cans. Has a great feel to it with the rubber strips for the Picatinny. I'm running then one my 4.5in and 8.5in barreled AR9 with a 7 and 10in respectively. Will buy more for my next build.
sweet rail
Great rail if your looking for the tucked look. I'm using this in conjunction with a Dead Air Sandman x and its a match made in heaven.

looks great
It’s definitely big not slim , a little hard getting the nut on with the shims but I’d definitely recommend to someone that wants a big rail.

large interior diameter
If you want to tuck your suppressor under a hand guard, this is a great product for that. I have the 10” hand guard on a 300aac build with a 6” barrel and the can sticks out like 2 inches outside the edge of the hand guard. Protects your hand from turning into Freddy cruger’s face, from a scolding hot suppressor. Plus it just looks super sick with the can tucked under the hand guard. I have a OCL polonium 30 and it fits perfectly, enough space to where it is super easy to take out.
Pros:
- large inner diameter
- 1913 pic rail
Cons:
- not the easiet to install

Thought out design
This rail is one of the best I've used on my AR builds. Designed for suppressor use, this rail accommodates my suppressor and HUB adapter for my AR9SD build. The rail is tappered at the upper receiver end, which allows for easier use of my side charging upper. Other suppressor accommodating rails have the full diameter of the rail from end to end, making certain side chargers difficult to use. This rail's design also makes it very lightweight.
Pros:
- light weight
- tappered design
- large inner diameter
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- AR9SD uppers

Great for tucking in your suppressor
I wish I knew how wide this rail was. It’s wide enough to go over your suppressor but that was not my intentions. Very lightweight. Only issues I had was installation was a bit tricky. The design could have been simplified.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Wide enough for suppressors
Cons:
- Installation materials
Would recommend: Yes
spikes tactical
This rail is absolutely stunning, QD on rail, it’s old school compare to all this thin mlok rails. I guess I’m getting old. This is a unicorn now. They have stopped making it. But I can tell you first hand if your doing a full spikes tactical build, and I recommend you do, this will completely change your weapon and it’s appearance and performance ( in operators hands). It’s combat proven!
Pros:
- beautiful
- Military grade durable
- Tough and dependable
- Smooth & Crisp operation
Cons:
- Weight (but expected and accounted for)
Best Used for:
- serious shooters
- function
- ANY & ALL hunting
- Any AR15 5.56 build/ upgrade

Looks great
Looks great does what it’s suppose to do. The fit and finish is what would be expected. I used it with a 7.5 barrel and added a Spikes silencer combo mount. My AEM5 fits right in with just a bit of relief between the hand guard and suppressor.

Awesome rail
This rail from spikes is a great choice for anyone who is wanting to fit a blast forwarding device or a suppressor inside the rail for looks/ergonomics and weight distribution. The inner dimension is about the widest I've found and I liked the first one I ordered so much that I ordered another one for a different build.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- Looks awesome
- Quality construction
Cons:
- Difficult to align properly
Best Used for:
- Any build that needs to look awesome!

Spike’s BAR2 Quad Rail
This handguard is exactly what I needed for my AR builds: aggressive quad rail, big inner diameter to allow my suppressor to be tucked, and QD mounting points for a sling. Price is a bit high, but it met my needs.
