Nice, solid gas block
I got this specifically because of the approximately .420 screw hold spacing for a Daniel Defense 10.3 barrel. The DD barrels come pre-dimpled from the factory, and this one does match up almost exactly based on my calipers.
It appears to have a nitride finish, and the inside in machined well. Mine did not include a gas tube roll pin, so that's a drawback. The set screws are also flat face, they are not knurled. However, if you're planning to pin it, that won't be a problem
It is absolutely small enough to fit within a 1.3 - 1.5" ID rail.
pay $10 more for a solgw or bcm
Ordered 3 of these blocks. Gas tubes were very difficult to get in, 2 required a heat gun to expand the hole to install. 3rd was completely defective and the set screw threads didnt go all the way through the block. Set screws on this one wouldnt seat in the barrel. OP handled the return but would not buy this item again

Great Gas Block
If you’re not getting an adjustable block this is the way to go. Great fit and an overall solid block. Have always liked Spikes tactical products.

Micro gas block
This is a good-looking gas block, but it won’t work on my current build. The .625 build I started needs a barrel, but the one I ordered is no longer available. I’ll probably keep it to complete it later. Will up dat my review if I get to use it. Might just send it back.

Love All Things Spikes Tactical
Replacing A2 front sight on my AR-15 to add a new handguard and needed a low profile gas block. Of course it works like it's supposed to. Went with Spikes Tactical on this gas block because it's Spikes Tactical.

Great little gas block (but bring your own screws)
This is a quality, well machined gas block. Fit on my DD S2W barrel is precise and easily fits under my floating guard. Uncharacteristic of Spikes, this doesn’t include the needed set screws. I say uncharacteristic because in their lower parts kits they include extra detente in case you lose one.
