Spyderco spydiechef
Knife has perfect fit and finish. Arrived quickly and at best price. Razor sharp and feels great in hand. Latest CQI version. Very satisfied. This was a Valentine's day present from my wife. Very satisfied with her, too!
Wonderful knife folding
Let me tell you, the SpydieChef won me over from the moment I held it in my hands.
The first thing you notice when you hold it is how comfortable it feels in your hand. The contour of the titanium handle fits very well, and the grip is surprisingly secure. Even with slightly damp hands, you don't feel like it's going to slip out of your hand. The weight is perfect—substantial enough to feel the quality, but not so heavy that it feels uncomfortable in your pocket all day. The deep wire clip is wonderful.
The modified Wharncliffe-shaped blade is where the SpydieChef really shines in terms of utility; it's truly practical. The curved portion of the blade will also surprise you when slicing; it holds its edge quite well for such a corrosion-resistant steel.
But from my perspective, the quality of the materials, the thoughtful design, and the overall performance justify the investment if you're looking for a high-end EDC knife that will last for many years. Ultimately, for me, the Spyderco SpydieChef isn't just a tool; it's almost an extension of my hand. It's a knife I enjoy carrying and using.

Best EDC I've owned
Unconventional blade shape works well for food as well as other tasks. Well balanced comfortable grip. Carries light and flat with thin blade and scales. Feels smaller than shorter, thicker
knives.Titanium wire clip will NOT catch and scratch things like a regular clip may. Best possible corrosion resistance with Titanium and this blade steel. No discoloration from acidic foods. Left outside inadvertently for 3 weeks, sun, rain, snow, yet as new finish when found.

great weight, balance, finish and feel....
If i had to complain abiut something, it would be the price. Because you generally get what you oay for, the cost reflected here is still a steal. Anything from the taichung factory can be counted as quality, but the chef is next level. I have a few other titanium scaled spydercos comporable in cost, but the spydiechef is the most impressive in every measure.

SpydieChef
To start with the obvious, very cool this knife is basically corrosion proof. LC200N blade, Titanium scales. Some premium materials in a production knife strait from the box, which is what you'd expect with this price tag. Fit and finish is perfect, blade centering is dead nuts. Action is Silk on Glass, although not a fall shut action or a fidget knife, its consistently butter on open and close.

Amazing, super-resilient folder
Once you get over the blade shape (love it or hate it), it’s easy to see why this knife is a keeper. Won’t rust, is exquisitely made, and comes out of the box tuned perfectly. Only tweak you may want to make is a bit of sharpie on the top of the frame lock to make it easier to unlock.
