Great knife
Excellent knife, sharp blade with a sturdy design. It is not too big to carry and quite easy to operate. For people with smaller hands, it may be a problem to open the knife since the travel distance is a bit long.

Blade shape and build quality is exceptional!

Somewhat overlooked but excellent knife
Compared to iconic Spyderco offering like the Paramilitary 2 and Paramilitary 3 I think this model is sometimes overlooked. But if you can tolerate the size and weight I think this makes an excellent EDC. The large G10 handle feels great in the hand and the unique blade shape makes short work of ripping through cardboard boxes, which, if I'm being honest, is what I will be doing with it 80% of the time. And of course you get the typical Spyderco quality.

Best SpyderCo Knives I own
This is beautiful. Perfect sice. Not too small and not too big. Price was surprisingly reasonable for the knifes size and quality. I would definitely purchase again as well as recommend.

Fantastic EDC/ Self Defense Knife
Everything about this knife is purpose built for self defense in an EDC role. If you want to make it a utility knife I'm sure it would do that as well, but that's not what it is meant to be. If you want to go down a rabbit hole look into Michael Janich and how he helped design this knife for self defense and knife fighting, it's a wild world. That all being said the one thing I don't love is the pocket clip on here. I have had some issues with screws coming loose or the clip getting caught on things that I haven't experienced with other knives. But overall, Spyderco killed it with this one.

Excellent edc utility knife.
I just got mine about a week ago. Thanks opticsplanet for the great price and fast shipping. The knife is great. The night it arrived I was able to finish cutting in vinyl tiles for a bathroom job with ease. I popped out the lines and the knife cut them with easy precision. I dulled two previous blades, but my Yoji is still good. Very happy. My first Spydie.
