For better or worse, the extractor is one of the parts most likely to break on your bolt. Together with a spare firing pin, it's something that is just good to have. While it probably is almost most cost effective and convenient to buy a spare cheap Bolt Carrier Group (PSA, I'm looking at you), sometimes it's hard to justify when you just need a single component - like when you end up turning that spare cheap BCG into a spare cheap backup rifle... Like the saying goes: "Don't tell Mere".

In any case, this is a pretty simple part. It's what you'd expect, with decent quality and nothing salient whatsoever about it. It fits, it works, and you won't notice it for thousands of rounds to come. 'Nuff said.
